Potato tech: best headset under 15 USD?

My recent headset broke (it was the cheap one ear design anyways, and plus it's from like 3 years ago).
I have very little budget to spare. I would like to know if any of the actual headsets listed under pcpartpicker under 15 bucks can actually do good. Looking for around ear.

i was thinking of the zalman HPS200.

well apparently the Zalman HPS200 is okay.
its a few bucks over. i can get on amazon with prime for 14 bucks.
should i got for that?
