Question Potentially fried motherboard

Hi! Having an issue that I’m hoping to get some help with.

Relevant system specs:
Intel core i7 7820
Asrock X299 killer sli mobo
Corsair H100i pro
850 w PSU, brand new
AORUS 1080ti
~2 yr old build, no previous issues

Problem: I accidentally turned off my surge protector with my foot. When I turned it all back on, one fan wasn’t spinning and there was no power to the peripherals (m+kB inferring because they aren’t lighting up) and no signal to the monitor (checked all connections). All the fans were spinning except for one, I tried a different fan in that header and the header is dead. Additionally, my GPU fans are spinning but the lights on it aren’t working. I’ve tried to hard reboot it, it will turn on (with all the symptoms described above), then click off, then turn immediately back on (again, same symptoms as above). I’m unable to boot to bios, because no monitor signal.

Attempted fixes: none yet, kind of stuck at this point. I’m thinking I fried the MOBO, or have a bad PSU. The PSU is very new, the mobo is a few years old (and has been transferred to a new case in that time).

Any thoughts?

Appreciate the response, happy to provide more info.
