so I built a new pc and everything seems fine besides the front panel.
the usb's are fine but the power button only works if I turn the PSU off and on again.
and the headphone jack in the front sounds awful, specifically voices for some reason are quiet wether it be on discord or in a video or tv show

im ok with using my back panel headphone jack. the power button is where my issue is cause its annoying to flip my psu switch each time I wanna turn it on

Are you using a headset that also has a mic. Look at the end of the mini plug are there three black rings or two. If you have three push the mini pin all the way in to the headphone jack ,than pull it slowly back out till you feel it lock so your only getting your earphone channels. Right now your hearing what sounds like rear channels from a surround sound system.
