Just bought a new rig and pieced it together. Was working fine yesterday while I was going through the BIOS. I'm waiting on my OS to come into the mail so in the meantime I wanted to check out some more settings in BIOS today. I go to turn it on today, and it shuts off literally 1 second after I turn it on. I opened the case and organized some wires and finessed the inside look, but nothing crazy.
I messed around some more and turned it on without the the CPU power socket connected from the PSU to the CPU and it stays on. Also, no fans are spinning on my tower. All plug ins are in the correct slots. What could the issue be?
