I have a 500 watt power supply and these are my specs.
X4 Phenom II 965 Black
Gtx 650ti
Asus a5a97 evo3
1tb hdd
16 gb corsair vengeance
20inch Ve228 monitor
4-5 case fans

Could I keep the same PSU and upgrade the graphics card to a Gtx 760?

You will need to provide the specific model of powersupply or all the information on the label.

GTX650Ti = 110W (one PCIe 6-pin connector)
GTX760 = 170W (two PCIe 6-pin connectors)

Unless you power supply provides two PCIe six pin connectors, I would say probably not.

Couldn't find any Corsair AX in the 500W range, they seem to start at 760W.

Whole kit without OS might sell for $600 used.
