Power draw intagraded vs gpu

I have a a8 3850 what is the max power draw CPU max vs CPU max plus it's intagraded graphics. And what would the difference in power draw for a gt 1030

gt 1030 has a tiny amount of power draw(30w) an a8 3850 MAX power draw is 100w

But isn the 100 combined with the CPU tho

yes the a8 is the cpu+ graphics (100w)

So with intagraded graphics how do you know what amount is CPU draw and what is gpu draw
