Windows 7 home premium x64 done via wifi. Power failed at 52% files in place and 15% install. What are my options. This home has no cat cable. Guidance sought

I did not think that wifi could be launched at this time. Is it possible?

there is only one way to find out - turn it on.
if you are lucky setup will simply continue, if you are not lucky, you will have to put some effort into fixing it.
