Question Power flickers on and off randomly

Hello, i have fixed a driver issue that used to bsod my system and not let it start properly and now I have another issue where my system power flickers on and off randomly and I have changed to a new psu with new cables and it still flickers on and off, I get no indication as to what is causing this.

My system specs are:

Ryzen 9 7900X

RX 7900XT

64gb corsair ram 4800mhz

Asus rog strix x670E- gaming wifi

Nzxt C1500 platinum psu

Any ideas to try

Nope just my pc, and I have tried multiple different strips and towers
