Power for overclocking

Say I were to overclock my pc one day, maybe to around 4 ghz (from 3.4 ghz).

Apparently it consumes 353w, so if I wanted to overclock my i5 4670K would I need to keep a 750w PSU (Corsair CX750M) or could I go down to a 600w
(Corsair CX600M).

700 watts would be the safe zone if you want to overclock.

If you already have the 750W PSU, stick with it. Not only will this give you more overhead for OCing your CPU in the future, but you will be able to run more than one GPU as well. Theoretically, you would be able to have overclocks on your CPU and GPU and still have room for SLI with additional OCing on the second GPU. You might not be able to max out every component, but with the 750W you give yourself more breathing room for future improvements.

If you can spare a few extra $'s, running twin 2GB 760's in SLI puts out numbers similar to the GTX Titan AND is manageable with that PSU...Just some food for thought.

To answer you question more directly: yes, you can go for a lower wattage PSU.
