if it's a good quality one sure (antec, seasonic, evga, xfx) safer somewhere around 500-600W

edit: also the case can fit microatx boards, no reason to constrain yourself to miniITX
edit2: whichever psu you get it needs to have at least one pciex 8pin connector and a 6 pin connector.
 
i have delt with several pc that wont run the 970 with a 550w psu do to other parts in the pc and the lack of quality, 450w just wont cut it, if you go for a 500w you will likely need a 80+ gold certified or better.
