The corsair VS are ok, I am not a fan of them since they use chinese capacitors but they usually have a 3 or 5 year warranty.

If you can afford it, in India the Seasonic power supplies seem to be the best quality ones you can get but a 520w is about 5,000 INR:

If you can't afford the seasonic then go for the VS, it should work fine just not as reliable or trusted IMO.

I couldn't find reviews on it but seasonic is a very reliable brand so I would trust it. Only thing to keep in mind is the GPU power cables. The Eco comes with only a single 6/8 pin connector so it would work for the r7 265 but probably not for a r9 270x or a more power hungry GPU which requires 26/8 pin connectors.

Edit: You could probably use a molex to 6/8 pin converter though.

Sure, for monitors it all depends on how much you are willing to spend and what size you want. Usually you want something that has a 5-6 ms response time or lower. 60 hz is pretty standard for a refresh rate, after that you are looking for brand/build quality.

Antec has 36A on the combined rails and corsair has 34A. more than enough to run your setup. 450w isnt the minimum for your gpu, is the recommended. you can even overclock a bit if you wish!

I am not super knowledgeable about those specific models but it looks like the 2340L is 23" and the 2240L is 21.5" but the 2240L has a thinner frame. Other than those differences they are mostly the same specs wise.

I have a dell 2440L which is from the same series. I will warn you that it comes in a glossy flat screen. So you may have some reflections of whatever is behind you on the screen depending on your lighting conditions.
