so i know that tom'sHARDWARE is all about pc but i have a big question that tells if we can add a type of battery to a console like ps4 to prevent damage of the motherboard and hdd data when the light cuts off or something related?

You are just looking to prevent damage, a power conditioner would work. If you want time to shut things down, in the event of a power outage, a UPS is the way to go. You will have to determine how much wattage you will need.
