Thought id run this by you guys to see what you think. I bought a evga supernnova 850w G3. When I installed the G3, my periferals and gpu fans are staying on when I turn the pc off. I returned the new g3 psu to evga and they sent me a new one, and I have the exact same issue. I can stop the gpu fans from running by pulling the main mb plug only. like I said, when I turned my old psu off, everything went off properly. I even reinstalled my old psu and everything goes off as it should.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

What was your previous PSU's make and model and why did you need to replace it? Have you tried breadboarding the system and seen if the issue crops up outside of chassis? On another note, are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard?
