Hello,
I am using Asus Rog strix scar 15, Windows 10 64 bit
When I right click on the battery icon and go to the Power Options there are only three power plans

  1. ASUS recommended
  2. Balanced
  3. Performance
Other options are missing (Ultimate, High Performance, Power Saving)

I have tried Power shell commands, downloading the files for power plan.

In the "Type here to search box" , type Power & sleep.

When the Power & sleep ( System settings) window appears - click that window.

Look to the right side of the full window that opens.

Check the listed options for the desired settings.

you are using a laptop, that´s why it´s missing
Why do you want these power plans anyway? It won´t boost performance if chosen
It is there in laptops
My previous laptop had it
In the "Type here to search box" , type Power & sleep.

When the Power & sleep ( System settings) window appears - click that window.

Nothing when you click the blue font options:

"Additional power settings" or "Changing power mode"?

The latter being a weblink....

Other options:

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/91744-specify-default-active-power-plan-windows-10-a.html

However, I do not recommend any options involving registry edits - those are for last resort purposes only and only after doing a full system backup that is proven to be recoverable and readable.

Per @helpstar it may well be that Asus has inserted themselves into power management restrictions/limitations for what reasons of their own. Your options thus being limited.

If so, best to just leave things alone because if you do make behind the scenes changes then some future update (Asus, Microsoft, whomever) may fail because of your changes.

Overall, there is no guarantee regarding how much power will actually be saved by varying or modifying any given power plan,
