Power point stopped working please help !

Hello, whenever i start animations in powerpoint it stopped working, i have changed the graphic card and used new pp version but still the same issue my. specs are :

win7
i5 2400 3 ghz
750 gtx ti 2gb
8gb ram

please any solution !

Powerpoint animations stopped working so you then changed graphic card and also updated Powerpoint to a new version - that is the order of events - correct?

No error messages or pop-up windows when Powerpoint stops?

How do you recover when Powerpoint "stops"? I.e., restart Powerpoint, reboot....?

Have you tried the animations on another computer with Powerpoint?

Have you tried another Powerpoint project with animations on the current computer?

Key is to narrow down the problem to the presentation itself, Powerpoint, or the host computer.

Also look in Reliability History/Manager: There may be some issue being captured when Powerpoint stops working.

Event Viewer is also another place to look for error codes or warnings.
