Hi, I have a HP PC and I'm trying to use HP recovery plus to install Windows 7. It consists of 3 discs and the thing is, that I insert the first one in the optical drive, restart computer, press F11 to enter the recovery menu or whatever. Then it loads Windows files, then the HP recovery itself starts. The problem is, that when I enter the recovery menu, the computer will go to power saving mode after a while, no matter what. I tried pressing some random keys to get it back up, but it just doesn't work. Any suggestions?

I couldn't find power saving settings in BIOS. However, I updated my graphics drivers and I've been able to format the HDD, copy the install files on the HDD and now it's being installed. But it went to power saving mode now. But the CPU fan is still spinning and the HDD seems to be spinning as well. It seems to me like the problem is that the monitor isn't getting any signal so I hope it's still being installed. Is there any way to find out when the installation is finished?
