Power Supply Advice

This is my first 3d modeling/gaming PC build. My question is this, I have a Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 mb, AMD FX-9370 processor, MSI GTX 970 gaming graffics card. For cooling I have a cooler master 120mm closed loop system. I've got everything housed in a Cooler Master HAF 912. My question is will a 700W power supply give me enough power?

More than enough unless it is a cheaply made PSU. Which one is it?

While the PSU has the necessary +12V specs to handle that system, Apevias are not very good units. Here are a couple PSU lists that rank PSUs in tiers. You'll notice both have the Apevia in the 5th tier; the not recommended tier. So use at your own risk.
