Power supply cable fried

Trying to checking up my pc and found these problem. The L side is burn out. Using on power supply. What cause of it? Can I run my pc using this cable or should i change

Ah, that cable. L is for [strike]Line[/strike] Live, opposite one is for 0 (neutral) and middle for ground. It's possible that it doesn't make good contact there so changing cable should fix it but there could be also too much of load on PSU so proceed with cation. No telling what could be wrong with PSU. I would test it with it being disconnected to MB.

The cable that supply or link power to PSU unit, which it has 3 pin, which is outside PSU unit, not the cable inside. The hole which the 3 pin on the right, which is labeled as L show some burn sign. Should Inreplace the cable only or the whole PSU?
