Power Supply for a new Budget PC I'm building.

Hi, on my birthday. I currently got a medium budget and so on decided to build a new PC since my old PC is basically dead. I've already got the parts and they are all good and ready, except the fact that I don't know which power supply to choose. (Since they can explode if provided the wrong one) here are the future specs:
GTX 1050 Ti OC Edition 4GB
Intel Core i7-7700
RAM: 8GB

huh? a cheap PSU can let damaging currents through that can damage parts. but if they exploded the ATF would be in charge of licensing for PSU's
