would you recommend this cheap psu?

I'm using PowerColor Radeon R7 360 DirectX 12 AXR7 360 2GBD5-DHE 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support ATX Video Card

By the way my build is

Ram:
HyperX FURY 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43 AM3+ AMD 970 ATX AM3+ DDR3 MOTHERBOARD
Storage: Crucial MX300 2.5" 275GB SATA III TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CT275MX30

All about $384 I don't want to go 400$

I have an old gateway http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883113078

Can I use the case from it instead of getting new case?

Definitely wouldn't use that PSU, either one of the first two would be preferable. If you're only using the R7 360, you don't need a high end PSU. The case can be re used if you like. You'll have to make sure the motherboard fits and the front panel connectors don't use a proprietary type of connector.

where would the front panel be? i'm kinda new

what case would work with the motherboard I have found?

The wires from the front panel of the case for the power and reset switches, HDD lights, etc. that connect to the front panel port on the motherboard. OEM cases like Gateway's may not have the right connectors from these to connect to an aftermarket motherboard. As far as the case goes, any case which is listed as ATX motherboard compatible in the specs will work with your ATX motherboard.

From my research I found that your case is a MICRO-ATX case so standard ATX boards will probably NOT fit. Have you bought the Motherboard already? If so you definitely need a new case OR you could try to modify your current one but that is hit&miss, it could work and could not. This isn't a bad case for the money, it's got good reviews for $25:

In terms of PSU I have the Corsair cx430m (modular version) and for the CPU I have the FX-4350. Both work fine 2 years after buying.

I already bought the parts. I went with i3 6100 instead.

Gpu: Gtx750 ti
Psu: seasonic s12 520w
Mobo: asrock hd110 115

My mobo is matx but smaller than the case by quite a bit. 7.5in x 7.5in but small fits big so im ok
