Hi,

I've recently received a GTX 960 for Christmas. When I went to go install the new card, it required a 8 pin PCI connector, while my current GTX 650 only required a 6 pin connector. The box came with an adapter (two 6 pin ports that turn into an 8 pin connector) but the problem is, my PSU only has one 6 pin PCI connector.

This is my current PSU: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817815023

When searching online for my PSU I found out that it should have 2 x 6+2pin PCI connectors, but I've checked every inch of my PC and I cannot find another PCI connector. I've followed each and every single wire individually and nothing was found. So without the second 6 pin connector, it renders the GTX 960 adapter useless (as you need two 6 pin connectors).

So my question is, should I order a whole new power supply, or wait three days for local computer part stores to open and try and find a different adapter (one 6 pin to 8 pin)?

Also if I were to order a new PSU which one should I get? (Looking for 650w under $130). Searching on NewEgg I found a PSU that I'm not 100% sure is compatible with my current set up.

Specs -

Windows 10 Pro
CPU: Intel i5-4690K @3.50 GHz
GPU: 1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 (Trying to upgrade to GTX 960 4GB)
MOBO: ASUS Z97-A
RAM: 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 533MHz
Storage: 931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1CH162 ATA Device (SATA)
PSU: XIGMATEK XCP-A600 600w

Would this PSU be compatible with my current setup?

Sorry for so many questions, just really looking forward to being able to use my new graphics card! Any help given is appreciated!

Thanks
