Power supply is way to loud

Hello,
my power supply seems to run way to loud. I changed it but it is still very annoyingly loud.

why is this?

If you changed your power supply and it still is very loud it may just be that your computer lacks good airflow and so too much hot air in your computer case. The power supply fan increases speed when it starts to get hot.
