Power Supply noise

My computer's only 3 weeks old, everything bought new, but my power supply's been making a rather loud fan noise lately. Should i be worried or?
Currently using the Corsair VS550 ATx Power supply

I would also like to point out that noise is current even if not a lot of things are open. Thanks in advance

It's quality is dead last in Corsairs lineup . and it's not Haswell compatible.

Not a good choice for a nice build.
