Hi Guys,

I am building my first pc, parts are i5 8400, MSI GTX 1050 Ti OCV1, 8 GB Ram, Asus prime H310M-K MB.
so my question was can i use intex power supply smart it-2045s+ 450W and it says Pentium 4 ATX2.03 on it

So can i use this power supply ??

Solution
likely, it is a psu certified for pentium 4 cpu.

i would say no to this psu. pentium 4 and atx2.03 are specs used back in 2000-2004. a lot of the things are different, its a much older technology and likely a much different distribution different voltages. (less 12v more 3.3 or 5V), so that total wattage doesn't mean much as most of the power sets on a different rail where as now, most of your power draw is from the 12V rails.
