Power supply or motherboard

So, from amazon I bought a 370z msi motherboard i have a 550 power supply intel i5 8600k and 1060 graphic card, when i plugged it in and everything it wouldn't turn on the computer wouldn't power on at all so I thought the motherboard was fried so i went it back and got a new one from best buy and its the same thing happening, idk if its a old power-supply or if i need a new one. What should I do
I tried my old motherboard and cpu and it worked fine but now when i switched to new motherboard and cpu it doesn't
work I tried 2 motherboard and it still wont work

thats exactly what I have thats not me selling btw

Buy other good brand PSU, then you should be fine, don't use that LSP ultra 550w PSU anymore.
