Power Supply Problem

Hey I was looking at the power supply plug the 24-pin one and number 20 pin has no wire just a blank slot and no copper connector. By my motherboard manual and by what the internet say it should be a white wire. If there was a white wire. I never seen it or it was never made for the power supply. Should pin 20 have a wire? And if so I am thinking it is bad power supply I tested each one and all passed except 20 because there is nothing to test and say should be like 5v. So do you think it is a bad power supply?

Pin 20 (formerly −5 V, white wire) is absent in current power supplies; it was optional in ATX and ATX12V ver. 1.2, and deleted as of ver. 1.3.
