1.I'm currently upgrading a few parts of my systems and looking at the psu now. I have two options-
a) Buy a Evga G2/P2 from amazon.com and import it to India with amazonglobal shipping,
b)Buy a Corsair RMx(not RM) psu from local store.
Both methods will cost more or less same. Is the RMx series just as good or better than evga g2/p2?

2. Now about the wattage. After the upgrade fully completes, my specs will be:- i5 3450, gigabyte g1 980ti, 16gb ram, 1 wd blue, 1 wd black, 1 250gb ssd, 3 120mm fans, 1 200mm fan and other peripherals( g502, corsair k70 etc.). Should I go for 650w or 750w considering I'm intending to overclock the gpu?

Solution
I would go for the EVGA G2 all things considered. However the RMx AND RMi are very good power supply's as well you cant go wrong with any of the power supply's you listed. 650watts will be enough for the system with an overclok however I would go for the 750watt if you can afford it for the extra head room.

Better buy seasonic/antec from amazon.in or any good store, EVGA don't sale PSUs in INDIA, bad aftersales.
With quality you'll have to consider this aswell.

Seasonic has very good after sale services in asia ,especially India.
Same goes for Antec.

A good 750w is all you need for a single gtx 980ti, has room for overclocking too.
