Question Power Supply Revving Up and Down

So i have been using this Power Supply for about 4 months now. But ever since i put it into my computer, its sounding like the ocean waves crashing onto the shores. Its like my power supply is breathing, and its starting to become very annoying, because its actually very loud.
My question is it a faulty power supply or is it something you can fix on this type of Power Supply

Since your psu is fairly new, I would call corsair about that issue and have them rma it.

Yeah, sounds like an issue with fan controller, contact Corsair for RMA.

That PSU is called a Corsair Vengeance 650M.

What are your complete system specs? Including any lighting strips, etc.?
