Power supply selection

Hey guys I'm on a budget PC build and this is my first build. I'm trying to decide on a power supply and I've selected these two:

Any suggestions or do these seem solid? Like I said I'm on a budget and looking for reasonable price with some quality. Thanks!

Sure, like I said I'm kinda fumbling around in the dark. As long as it's not too expensive I don't mind!

Spend an extra $5 and get a higher quality unit like the 550w XFX.
