Question Power Supply Spinning Up for a few Seconds and then Turns off

I have a power supply (Coolermaster CMX500) that works great with a Gigabyte motherboard (Z490 Vision G), but when I plug in my SSD (Samsung 870 QVO), the fan turns on for a couple of seconds and then it stops, meaning it doens't even boot.

I don't think it's a power supply capacity issue at all.
