Question POWER SUPPLY TO A RTX 4070 TI

So guys, I'm newbie at discussing pc's specs.
I'm building a new one and I bought recently a RTX 4070 ti, but I actually don't know how many watts does the power supply need to have.

Can u guys please help me?

NEW PC SPECS:

RTX 4070ti
i7-13700k
ASUS TUF Gaming Z690-Plus Motherboard
32GB ram
SSD
LT720 (water cooler)

A good quality 850 would work.
Buy a Z790 motherboard not a 690 so it works without updating BIOS.
