Hey everyone, I'm currently stuck with a HP pavilion p6653w
http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02479700
I also have a Nvidia geforce 8400gs 512mb ddr2, after reading around it seems I need a stronger power supply. All I'm trying to do is play CS:GO and currently can only pull around 10-15fps.
Any suggestions and help is appreciated.
Thanks

I would get something like a Corsair CX430 which is a trusted and widely-used budget power supply with something like a GTX 750 due to it's low heat output and power consumption.

Power Supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139049&cm_re=Corsair_CX_430-_-17-139-049-_-Product
(Currently only $27 with a rebate + free shipping!)

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125510&cm_re=GTX_750-_-14-125-510-_-Product

If you have a bit more of a budget I would go for a GTX 750Ti as the performance increase is worth the couple extra pennies!
