Power Supply - Warning: H/W Monitor Status Abnormal

Hi, I've been trying to figure out what's wrong with my Power Supply?

I get the message:

H/W Monitor Status Abnormal, check voltage, fan speed and temp stats.

When I enter my BIOS, it lists my 12v rail as 0.0 in red.

Does this mean my power supply has burnt out?

Have a MultiMeter ?

nope

all the other voltages are fine btw

There's clearly something wrong, but if your 12 volt rail was at 0 volts, your system wouldn't work.

I don't know, I went to the BIOS as prompted and checked the reading and it said 0.0v in red.
