Good day guys need some advice why is my Seasonic S12II 620w 80+ Bronze melts its PSU wires Molex when the molex connectors on it is not melted and some other wires like my 3.0 usb wire case also melts. Any idea why did it happen?

My computer is:
Ryzen 5 1600x
MSI B350 Tomahawk
Gskill Ripjaws 8gb
Western Digital blue 1 terebyte
Inwin 303 case
thermalteke ring plus 3 rgb fans
2 AF corsair quiet led fans
2 SP corsair quiet led fans
Seasonic s12ii 620w 80+ bronze psu

Anyone knows what I did wrong?
I am thinking i connected too many molex adapters in psu molex wire. Any idea guys? Thank you.

Solution
Just return your PSU and get a replacement unit.
While S12II series is solid unit, it's design is starting to show it's age. For latest tech in PSU world, you can go with Seasonic Focus+ 550 or Seasonic PRIME 650 80+ Titanium (which is the best 650W PSU money can buy at current date),

Focus+ has 10 years of warranty while PRIME has 12 years of warranty. Both units are also fully-modular, eliminating the cable management headache you have with the fully-wired S12II...

Do you live near the beach & do you leave your PC near an open window? It's possible some moisture/condensation got into the system and did some damage. A surge could have also damaged the PSU.
Whatever the cause, do not use that PSU anymore and I would suggest not using that USB 3.0 wire either.

Im thinking more of a surge protector im using a huntkey surge protector it has 4 sockets 1 for my monitor 24 inch 1 for my computer and 2 for my printer, and the one im concern also is the psu molex wire, there is to many damage wires are open, I did put 4 molex adapters on it. maybe 4 days before i saw the melted wires.

Which wire covers exactly melted? The ones that come out of the S12II-620 or the molex/USB adapter wires you plugged into the PSU power cables?

If it's the 1st case, RMA your unit if you have any warranty left out of the 5 years of warranty S12II series units have. But if it's the latter, don't use those molex adapters anymore since clearly they can't sustain the load. For molex adapters, it's best to use well known brand adapters like CableMod,

My Skylake build is also powered by PRIME 650 80+ Titanium, full specs with pics in my sig.
