[SOLVED] Power Supply

I would like to buy a 500w power supply for q9400, 750 ti 2gb (used) and Asus P5G41T-M LX
Is that enough , or change to 400w or 600w

Good quality 450 W unit will suffice, but buy a good quality one, not some no-name garbage. I highly recommend the Corsair CX450 if you got the budget for it.
