Power Surge? Dead Power Strip? Any Damage?

This morning I was watching netflix on my Xbox and my tv, alarm clock, 2 lamps and cable box turned off and back on in a fraction of a second. These were all plugged in to the same power strip, and my Xbox is plugged straight in to the wall. My xbox didn't turn off though. Only the appliances plugged in to that particular power strip were affected. My computer was turned off at the time, plugged in to a brand new surge protector on a different outlet. I have an EVGA supernova 750w semi modular 80+ bronze PSU, my pc boots and runs fine, should i still be worried about any potential damage to my system from this? Or did this just sound like the power strip is failing? Am I worrying over nothing?

Why suspect a faulty power strip? Are you sure it wasn't simply a momentary power supply blackout?
