Question Power surge on the USB Port?

I got a new case for my pc, connected everything. But when i plug-in a flash drive into the front panel USB3 slot it gives me an error "Power surge on the USB Port".

CASE: deepcool CH370

MOBO: Asus tuf gaming A520M plus wifi



Tried reinstalling every usb driver in device manager but nothing helped.

How many USB header does the motherboard have? Did you try other header (if available)?

So i have 2 USB ports on the top of my case and I've just now noticed that one of them is working but the other gives the error. On the motherboard theres only one USB3.0 header that i can connect to. There's also one named USB_3 but it's not the same thing.

So from what i understand, the issue comes from the USB board of the case, not the motherboard?
