Question power to handle Graphic card

I have a Optiplex 7860 desktop with a 200 w PSU.. I want to mount a Radeon R5 430 card which uses 50 W.. Is the power supply adequate to handle this extra 50W??

you might be able to upgrade the power supply depends which model of tower you have never heard of that model. youd be safer with a 1030 nvidia

take a picture of motherboard and case inside might be able to upgrade psu
