Power up failure.

A few weeks ago I did a full upgrade on everyone of my components apart from my GPU (waiting for Maxwell at the time) After the rebuild everything was going fine up until a few days ago. When I power on my PC it all lights up and fans start but nothing on screen, I have to manually power-down the system and turn on again straight away to get it to boot up normally.

Now after reading a few threads online about similar problems, such as hard drive failure or psu not providing enough power to the hard drive, I have replaced my hard drive, and tested all the other components in my test rig, such as ram, cpu and mobo, and also done 2 fresh installs on windows 7 64 ultimate and windows 8.1 and replaced all cables ie kettle plug etc etc, none of these things fixed the problem, the only thing i have not replaced is my psu,

This problem is really starting to annoy me and wondered if anyone has had a similar issue or might have a solution, also am I damaging my rig by powering it up this way? System specs below.

Mobo - Asrock Killer 990 fx
CPU - AMD FX 8350 Black Edition
RAM - 16gb Crucial Ballistix 1886 tactical Tracer
Primary OS HD - Seagate Barracuda 2TB
PSU - Corsair RM750
CPU Cooling - Corsair Hydro H100i
GPU - Nvidia Asus Directcu II OC GTX 660
Case CM Stormtrooper

Please help, thanks in advance for any replys.

I have tried each of my 4 Ballistix sticks on their own and also 2x 4gb Corsair Vengeance also tried individually, the issues remains, and no i dont OC my cpu never have and dont plan on doing.

To boot into safe mode I still have to power-down the system after black-screen so that dosent help matters, I have also rolled back my video drivers and tried at least 4 diff ones to no effect, I guess buying a new psu might be the best solution just worried if I do splash out on a new PSU that the problem will remain as I don't have a spare PSU to test with.

Well bit the bullet and ordered a new Corsair RM750 PSU that should be arriving on Tuesday will update thread after fitting ty for the help guys will be in touch as soon as new PSU turns up.

UPDATE.

New psu arrived today and all is fitted and working, however the problem remains. However, after installing new psu i redid all checks with ram, all 4 sticks tested in slot 1, all work fine comp boots as normal, sticks in slots 1 & 3 (working left to right 1,2,3,4) comp boots normally, as soon as i populate either slots2, 4 or both (all 4 slots used) the prob returns. I have cut down to 8gb of ram 4gb in slots 1 and 3 till the issue is resolved.

Any ideas guys? really need to get this sorted.

Final update.

Problem has vanished, for no apparent reason my pc is now running fine with all 4 ram sticks working as intended, happy days.
