Question Powerbank to charge laptop through Type C Thunderbolt 3

I have a laptop MSI PX60 6QE that uses a 120W charger and has a 4400mAh battery

I wonder if its possible to charge the laptop with the Xiaomi Powerbank 20000mAh 45W that is capable to charge laptops
