Powercolor Radeon R7 265 in I32100 system, dont display.

Hello, my graphic card dont get display, although the fans turn on. Other strange fact is that the onboard video card worcks, even with the offboard conected.

I tested de graphic cards after formatting the PC (windows 10), and also tried verified if the graphic card works after bios update.
Until now I have tested my graphic card in other computer, and it works normally. I also try other graphic card in my computer and its works normally too.

Powercolor Radeon R7 265 2GBD5-TDHE/OC 2GB GDDR5
I3 2100
h61m-Hg4 Asrock
8g ddr3
Evga 500w 80plus white
hd notebook Samsung 500gb

so, I desperately need help with these problems.

Are you on the latest BIOS update for your ASRock motherboard? How old is your EVGA PSU? What other graphics cards have you tried apart from the iGPU?

I have reset the BIOS after seeing that it had no positive effect. My PSU - 2.7 years old =P. The other graphic card that Itest was other offboard.
