So my new 850 Evo arrived today. I plugged it in, powered up my PC and Disk Management had no problems detecting it.
I successfully partitioned the SSD, however when I was formatting the drive, it got stuck on 100%. After some time I attempted to cancel the format to no success. Silly old me decided it'd be a good idea to try and restart my PC!!!
Upon re-booting it I get stuck on the Windows loading screen. If I disable the SATA port my SSD is using in BIOS the PC will boot up fine.
I've also tried changing SATA ports with no luck.
Thanks for any help!
EDIT: It may also be worth noting I installed 16GB of RAM and a 2TB HDD aswell today before the SSD. It all seems to have gone smooth however and is working fine with the SSD unplugged/disabled.
