PowerEdge T610 Dual Display Issues

I have a Dell T610 and T310 I am trying to run dual monitors on. The 310 was easy, I just put in a spare graphics card and it worked great. The T610 on the other hand doesn't have PCIe x16 lanes on it. So that is not an option for me.

I am trying to use a StarTech USB to VGA monitor adapter to get dual monitors up and running on the T610. The on board graphics card in the T610 is a Matrox G200eW. When I install the driver that comes with the USB to VGA adapter I get an error saing "Incompatible... WDDM Issue..." I then went to the Matrox website seeing if there was a driver that would fix this issue. I installed their latest drivers to no avail.

Any tips or advice would be great!

Thank you!

Yes it had 4 of them, but the problem is I only have a spare x16 card. But I have quit a few of these USB to VGA adapters that I was hoping to put to use.

No gaming on these, just need an extra display.

Thank you for the ideas!

It doesn't fit into the slot is the problem. So I am trying to use the USB to VGA adapter as a solution to this problem. But I ran into the current problem trying to use the adapter.

Update: So I updated the Bios and all the drivers, hoping it would fix the WDDM issue. But nothing changed, I am trying to avoid having to buy a PCie x1 graphics card when I have these adapters readily available.

Thank you
