Powerful, Stable PSU for High-End System?

Estimable
So recently I have upgraded my rig from the outdated system that it was originally, I purchased this computer from a custom computer company (I was younger then so I didn't know how to build one myself) and finally decided and got the confidence to start upgrading certain pieces of hardware in the rig.

So I decided to purchase a Asus GTX 970 to replace my 750Ti, which I have noticed a drastic change and improvement in performance from this change, and I originally had a CV 450w PSU, which I then regrettably upgraded that to a CX600 without realising the instability issues that runs in the CX series, although I have not noticed anything, and it has been running perfectly and providing enough power for my rig to run, even a slight overclock by 200MHz on the 970.

After reading recent reviews (I must admit I am a PSU newbie) and I have realised that the issues that comes with the CX series can blow my whole system, although I doubt that my CX600 will actually do that, i'd rather be safe than sorry.

My Rig:

CPU: Intel I5-4590 (Quad Core)
CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 13
GPU: Asus GTX 970 (4GB)
Motherboard: H81M-Plus (I know this is a sort of low-end motherboard but its running perfectly for my system)
PSU: Corsair CX600 (600W PSU)
Storage: 2x 1TB HDD + 120GB HyperX SSD
Case Fans connected to PSU: 4
Case: CiT G Force Gaming Case

Now obviously, my rig isn't exactly the best or the worst, but I would say it is somewhat high-end, although many of the aesthetics are cheaper, such as the fans and case, it works very well and there is more than enough room for the case.

What I made this thread for was to ask for a reasonable, 600W (Ish) power supply, I do not really mind about the modular setup or not, as would be much better for the cable management (Which I am not the best at, and the CX600 has a load of spare, unused cables). I would probably prefer a fully, or semi-modular power supply. In addition, preferably a Tier 2 or 3 power supply, as I may end up wanting to upgrade my CPU in the future, although the 4590 is more than enough for what I use it for.

I know PSUs are generally different and the chances of each one blowing and killing the entire system does not depend on the brand, tier or any characteristics, just tier 2-3 PSUs are much higher quality and will allow a small, if not larger overclock if I decide to upgrade further in the future.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Edit: I forgot to mention that my budget is probably around £60-70, this can be increased slightly.

I'm guessing this will allow an overclock in the future, I don't know too much about PSUs so apologies.

Thanks for the reply and it looks like a great PSU, will most likely get this one unless another one suggested appeals better to me.
