Powering laptop cooler through mobile phone charger

Im wondering can i power external laptop cooler through my phone charger.I know i can but can i damage the components because im inputting more power than regular usb 2.0?

Probably wont damage anything as cell charger USB ports have higher amperage than a PC USB port. If you are concerned check the amperage of the charger and fans from the cooling pad.
