Question Powerline Adapter Skipping when gaming

Its been happening for a while now on games such as csgo, valorant, apex legends. I have a netgear powerline (link going to be below) and whenever i play i get skips randomly. sometimes i will go a whole day with 0 skips and sometimes they happen like 5 times a match. Right when i peeked the enemy my game stutter and it flew my crosshair to the left right when i start shooting. I have changed pcs twice since getting this and it still happens.
