I've been using a TPLINK - TL-WPA4220 Kit for the last year to have wifi in the basement. All was working well until i bought another Powerline Extender to put in another bedroom on the other side of the house. The small adapter (which plugs into the modem) keeps turning off. All lights turn off but the top one (power LED) Blinks on for ~around 3 seconds, then turns back off again for 10-15seconds and keeps repeating. Ive tried changing wall sockets and also tried a different small adapter, problem keeps happening.
Upon trying to connect to both wifi's with my galaxy s7, both the basement and bedroom connections fail and tell me 'unable to obtain ip address', obviously since the adapter connecting to my modem is always turning off!
Would appreciate help greatly and also some suggestions for better powerline adapter companies if any..
