So i have Verizon fios 75mbps up and down. The router is on the first floor. im on the basement.
i want to use this powerline (link to it below) to connect to my pc via ethernet, will i lose a lot of speed?
Im currently using R120 TP-link wifi extender and im getting 0.5 - 5mbps (before i used to get 50- 60mbps, idk what went wrong). Anyways, by using this powerline, will i be getting about 60mbps?

Also im like directly below the router

The powerline: link

Right.
And what I referred to...is there coax cable already run through the house?

What cable comes into your FiOS router?
Is there coax through the house?

A powerline solution will probably work. But no one can predict how well it will work in your house...

Does the signal come into your router via a coax cable?
Is there coax cable in the place upstairs where you want the PC>?

If so, consider a MOCA device.
I have FiOS (75/75), and one of these:

Pumps the already existing signal through the house coax. Works pretty well.

the main reason i need a power line is becaue it will be impossible to bring an ethernet cable to my pc. the router is upstairs. and my pc is downstairs. Im currently on that said pc and am using a wifi extender (idk why but im getting super slow speeds) so i heard of powerlines and was wondering if it will give me better speeds. It comes with two devices. one u plug to the router. the other u plug to the pc and using the circuitry from ur house, u get internet.

ya a coax cable goes into my router. but my issue is, what is the best way to bring internet to my PC downstairs (without running a cable from upstairs to downstairs )

If you also have coax upstairs where you want the PC, I'd suggest a MOCA device.

The internet signal already exists within the coax wire.
All you need is a single MOCA device.

I have one of these: https://www.amazon.com/Actiontec-Ethernet-Adapter-Service-ECB2500C/dp/B008C1JC4O
This is a newer version, and would probably work better: https://www.amazon.com/Actiontec-Bonded-Ethernet-Adapter-ECB6200S02/dp/B013J7OBUU

ya but as i said my coax wire is upstairs. my router is alsp upstairs. my pc is downstairs, no coax wire downstairs. so how can i connect internet to my pc?

OK then...if you have no coax where the PC is (downstairs), then MOCA is not for you.
Powerline.
