Question powerline to router, need help

Hello, I would like to ask for youw help
currently my setup is router with devolo lan adapter in room 1->2 powerline wifi adapters in room 2 and room 3 (the two powerlines are devolo with both wifi and 2 ethernet ports) . The problem is that I need internet to reach room 4, but wifi is not stong enough (i used a wifi repeater but with no success).
What I would ilke to ask is the following: is it possible to connect a second router to the ethernet port of one of the Wifi adapters (with a long ethernet cable) in order to reach room 4, and have the second router as wifi transmitter in room 4?
So room 1 router+devolo adapter -> room 3 powerline wifi adapter -> one ethernet cable from room 3 powerline to room 4 -> connect second router to ethernet cable in room 4 -> use second router for wifi
Not sure if this can be done
