I want to know if my 6700k and gtx960 is completable with 535 w power or not?

theoretically, 500 watt is more than enough for 6700K and 960.
the question is if your power supply can do that in real life and for how long.
To have an educated opinion, a PSU model would be required.

wattage wise you will be fine, a 960 only requires a 400w 20A 12v rail
